The Bikur Cholim Hospital in Jerusalem and the family that lost five of its members in a Jerusalem suicide bombing will be receiving the proceeds from a recent concert, which was held at the Jewish Congress Hall in Amsterdam, Holland. The concert, which sold out in advance, was held as an act of solidarity with Israel. It drew 1,700 people and featured a Dutch choir and ensemble, along with well-known Israeli artists, including Yehudit Ravitz and Achinoam Nini (Noa), reports the Jewish Agency?s Global Jewish Agenda.

The entire concert was organized by four young Jewish students who wanted to express their solidarity with the Israel. Attendees included Jews and non-Jews, all of whom came to support the Jewish State. Israeli state representatives in attendance, as guests of honor, were Foreign Minister Shimon Peres and Israel?s Ambassador to Holland, Eitan Margalit.
