(Updated Monday 9:30 AM) IDF troops shot and killed three Arabs last night who were planting a bomb near the security fence surrounding the northern Gaza community of Nahal Oz. No injuries were reported among the Israeli soldiers. A little further south in Gaza's Gush Katif block, an Arab launched mortar shell landed near a kindergarten just before 8AM this morning, as parents were walking their children to school. There were no injuries. Residents of the area were ordered into bomb shelters. Over 1,600 mortar shells have rained down on Gazan Jewish communities over the past two years.
