The al-Ahram Institute for Strategic Studies proposes a solution to the Arab-Israeli conflict through Israeli Arabs taking ?advantage of the demographic threat on Israel." The Institute made its recommendation in the latest annual Arab Strategic Report, published in London, edited by Dr. Wahid ?Abd al-Magid. Ultimately, the report says, any Jews who remain in the Arab state of Palestine, which will include all of the lands form the Mediterranean to the Jordan, will be able to live "in the shadow of Arab culture."

The success of this creeping Arab takeover will depend on the Israeli Arabs becoming a majority in Israel, ?by 2048, a century after their ?Nakbah? [the 1948 war] and their first defeat." However, "[t]he demographic threat is not solely the outcome of natural population increase of Palestinians who remained in Israel in 1948, but also of the infiltration of tens of thousands of Palestinians into Israel. These stay in Israel and create facts on the ground through marriage with citizens of the 1948 population?" To this end, the Report ??invites Egypt and Jordan to support the movement of Palestinians from the PA territories and from elsewhere into Israeli 'Green Line' borders." Indeed, the Arab Strategic Report gives ??special status for the Palestinians of 1948. It is not long before they become the supreme [decision-makers], who control the conflict...?

Another method of encouraging Arab demographic takeover of the Jewish State is ??to confront the Jewish immigration that the Jewish Agency tries to encourage once again?? Although ?the continuation of the Intifada guarantees the foiling of the Zionist efforts to increase the immigration, and may even encourage emigration? the Arab League, with the cooperation of Arab non-governmental organizations, and contacts with Jewish organizations in different countries,? must do everything they can to dissuade Jewish immigration to Israel.
