Israeli companies are again being recognized for their innovative approach in their respective fields. NICE Systems of Ra'anana, a worldwide leader of multimedia digital recording solutions, applications and related professional services for business interaction management, has been recognized for its Customer Experience Management (CEM) system by TMC Labs. The award, an Innovation Award, is given "to honor products that demonstrate raw innovation, unique features and significant contribution to improving customer interactions." The CEM system was recognized for its simultaneous audio and video on-demand recording capabilities, its evaluation and system analysis tools and support and training, which improve customer experience. The CEM system is used in a wide range of internet-related communication methods, including voice, VoIP and e-mail.
