Saudi Arabia's Ain-Al-Yaqeen reports this week on the "Seminar on the 'Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Palestine," organized by the King Abdul Aziz Center. Jordanian speaker Prof. Mohamed Isa Salheiah offered a historical account of how King Abdul Aziz decades ago exerted "tough efforts" to convince British Prime Minister Chamberlain and US leaders "about the fairness of the Palestinian cause and the necessity of interfering to settle the cause with which would preserve the Palestinians' rights in their land against the Jewish claims and their false and unfounded allegations regarding Palestine." Dr Kamal Hamadi Al Kharouf of King Saud University presented a paper entitled 'His Majesty King Abdul Aziz Al Saud And The Palestinian Issue'. In his talk, Al Kharouf reportedly dealt with "King Abdul Aziz's strategy regarding the Palestinian cause, his style, meetings and talks with leaders of the super powers in the framework of seeking to tackle the complications of the Palestinian cause because of the international collusion with the Zionist conspiracy."
