Prime Minister Ariel Sharon visited the Gush Katif communities of Atzmona and Morag this morning. Outside Netzer Hazani, the site of last week\'s mortar attack that wounded several teenagers, a group of some 50 protestors greeted him. Sharon, in an unplanned gesture and against the recommendations of his security guards, got out of his car and spoke with some of them. He talked with the father of 18-year-old Itamar Yefet, who was gunned down in cold blood by a Palestinian sniper last November 21, and assured him, \"We\'ll hit them as hard as we can.\" He also spoke with Yoram Tzror, the town\'s security coordinator who was wounded by a terrorist blast last Friday. Residents later reported their appreciation of what appeared to be Sharon\'s concern and sincere intentions to fight Palestinian terrorism. \"It won\'t take a day,\" he said, \"but the more they try to hurt us, the more we must be brave and strong [until] we overcome them.\"
