(Updated Thursday 9:45 AM) Four people are dead and at least 80 have been wounded after two bombs exploded in the southern Philippine City of Zamboanga. Security officials are blaming Islamic fundamentalists for carrying out the attack. The first bomb exploded inside a crowded department store killing three and wounding dozens more. When police rushed to the scene they discovered a second bomb inside the store. As sappers began dismantling the device, the second bomb went off in a store about a block away, killing one and wounding several others. The attack comes just several days after a deadly nightclub bombing in Bali, Indonesia that killed more than 180 people, mostly tourists. Indonesian officials hold the al-Qaeda terror network responsible for that attack.
