Today marks two years that Israeli businessman Elchanan Tannenbaum, 54, has been in Hizbullah captivity. He was kidnapped while on a business trip in Europe, and has been refused all contact with the outside world since then. His children are certain that he is alive, as is President Moshe Katzav, and the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung cited German intelligence reports confirming this.
