A ten-kilogram bomb exploded on the road leading to the community of Alfei Menashe, east of Kfar Saba this morning. No injuries were reported. Security forces patrolling near the community of Sanur east of Netanya opened fire on an Arab making his way towards the community in an infiltration attempt. The man suffered severe wounds.
As usual it was a noisy night in Israel’s southern Mediterranean coastal region.
IDF outposts and Jewish communities throughout Gush Katif were targeted in shooting, grenade, and mortar shell attacks throughout the night. There were no casualties reported… Thirteen Arabs wanted for terror activity were arrested throughout Yesha (Judea, Samaria, and Gaza). Arabs fired at an IDF force in the PLO-controlled town of Balata, in the Shechem district. There were no injuries reported.
