The heavy rains of last night were not \"rains of blessing.\" Some 25 people were rescued from their flooded homes in eastern Kfar Saba this morning. In several high-altitude Jerusalem neighborhoods, such as Gilo, Pisgat Ze\'ev, and Ramot, the sewage system could not stand up to the tremendous amounts of water flooding in. A home in Tzur Baher collapsed as a result of the flooding; the residents managed to get out in time. Several roads were closed throughout the country this morning
