This afternoon Prime Minister Ariel Sharon will attend an official State-ceremony at Jerusalem’s Mount Herzl cemetery marking the one year-anniversary (Jewish calendar) of the murder of Tourism Minister Rehavam “Gandhi” Ze’evi. Ze’evi was gunned down by PLFP (Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine) terrorists at the Hyatt Hotel in Jerusalem as he returned to his room after eating breakfast. The Arabs who murdered Ze’evi remain in a PA prison in Jericho under the eyes of US and British wardens. This past Friday Rehavam’s widow Yael Ze’evi told Arutz Sheva that her husband’s murder has not been avenged. She dubbed the so-called Jericho prison a “convalescent home” and expressed the fear that her husbands’ killers may escape.
