PLO-Leader Yasser Arafat signed a resolution into law yesterday, proclaiming the entire city of Jerusalem the capital of a future Palestinian State. According to PA parliament chief Abu-Ala, the move comes in response to a Congress-approved resolution calling on the US State Department to recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s capital.
