Yael Ze'evi, widow of the assassinated Tourism Minister Rehavam (Gandhi) Ze'evi, spoke with Arutz-7 today in the framework of special broadcasts commemorating her husband's death one year ago. Asked whether Prime Minister Ariel Sharon had fulfilled her son Palmach's graveside request to "avenge Gandhi's death as he would have done for you," she said simply, "No." She added that it's possible that he was unable to, but noted with bitterness that the murderers were now in a "convalescent home" in Jericho instead of in prison, and expressed the fear that they might escape.
