Four people, including three yeshiva students, were killed in a helicopter crash in the Carpathian mountains, Ukrainian media reported Wednesday.

The small aircraft crashed into a private home in the Ivano-Frankivsk region and sparked a fire.

According to initial reports, the students were from London and the New York communities of Monsey and Williamsburg. The fourth fatality was reportedly the pilot.

The three were students at the Mir Yeshiva in Jerusalem who were visiting the graves of Jewish sages in Ukraine. During their trip they took a sightseeing ride which ended in tragedy.
