The Lebanese Hizbullah terrorists once again fired several rounds of shells towards northern Israeli towns today. One round fell near Moshav Avivim, causing some damage but no casualties, while another barrage - over the northwestern city of Shlomi - set off a fire in a nearby field. Another round caused no damage.



The Arab sector in Israel peacefully commemorated this morning the Arab riots of two years ago, and the large Israel Police contingents that had deployed outside Arab areas "just in case" were in fact not needed. Thirteen Arabs were killed during several days of anti-Jewish rioting across the Galilee two years ago. Marches took place today in Nazareth, Um el Fahm, Kafr Kana, Jit, Arabeh, and Sakhnin.



Arabs opened fire at an IDF outpost near N'vei Dekalim this afternoon, causing damage but no casualties... An Israeli driver was lightly hurt near Hevron this morning when Arabs hurled rocks at his car. He was treated at the site... Army curfews on Ramallah and Tul Karem are off until nightfall today.
