Binyamin Regional Council head Pinchas Wallerstein told Arutz-7 today, \"There is always a direct connection between an announcement by Israel of the relaxation of restrictions on the PA residents and the next murder. [The army began removing encirclements and restrictions from around PA cities this morning.] The previous announcement of this nature was the day before Baruch Cohen of Efrat was killed [on March 19]... It is about time that whoever is a traitor to Israel should at least be labeled as such - I am referring to Yossi Beilin and Yossi Sarid, who cooperate with the enemy, and it is time that Israeli society spews them out, and I hope the day will yet come when they sit in prison for their crimes.\" Sarid and Beilin each met recently with Arafat; Beilin is said to have been making efforts on having him invited to Washington, while Sarid has suggested that Arafat condition the cessation of violence on a settlement freeze.

Residents of Ofrah and Beit El plan to establish an outpost at the murder site. A similar outpost was established nearby some months ago by both residents and the army, but was abandoned shortly afterwards.

The Yesha Council demands that Prime Minister Sharon \"free himself\" from his policy of restraint and considerations of \"timing.\" The Council stated today that a crushing blow must be dealt to PA headquarters, as \"the government cannot blame Arafat for the warfare while at the same time exempting him from punishment.\"

MK Michael Kleiner (Herut), one of the lone remaining opposition members on the right, says he will submit a no-confidence motion against the government because of its policy of restraint in the face of the Palestinian warfare. He said that he would rescind his motion if the government totally changes its policy. His opposition colleague MK Sha\'ul Yahalom (NRP) blamed the government today for concentrating on a \"sterile diplomatic process with a cruel enemy instead of directing its efforts towards an intensive military effort to defend Israel\'s citizens.\"
