
Ingredients:
Pepper Steak
- 1 and 1/4 pounds pepper steak
- 1/4 cupGefen Sesame Oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/8 cupHaddar Teriyaki Sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed, or 4 cubes frozen garlic
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger (optional)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Stir-fry
- 2 tablespoonsGefen Sesame Oil
- 1 onion, quartered and sliced
- 1 (10-ounce) container fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cupsBeleaf Frozen Broccoli Florets
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 (14-ounce) cansGefen Hearts of Palm Spaghetti, drained
- black sesame seeds, for serving
Prepare the Pepper Steak
Heat the sesame oil in a large frying pan over a medium flame. Add the onion and sauté for 10 minutes, until golden.
Add the pepper steak, sauces, and seasonings and cook for one hour.
Prepare the Stir-Fry
Heat the sesame oil in a large frying pan over a medium flame.
Add the onion and spices and sauté for 10 minutes until golden.
Add the mushrooms and sauté for five minutes.
Add the broccoli and sauté for another five minutes.
Add the drained hearts of palm spaghetti and sauté for 10 minutes.
To Serve
Serve the pepper steak over the hearts of palm stir-fry and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
