Main ingredients

4–6 beets, peeled and shredded

3 tablespoons lemon juice

1/4 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

Prepare the Raw Beet Salad

Combine all ingredients, mixing well. 

Refrigerate for four to five hours prior to serving. 

Note:

For sweeter, crispier salad choose bunches with small beets.
