
Salad
1/2 a green pepper
1/2 a red pepper
1 package coleslaw mix
Dressing
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup vinegar (if gluten is a concern, use distilled white or gluten-free)
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Prepare the Salad
Slice peppers into thin strips and combine with coleslaw mix.
In a separate bowl, mix dressing ingredients well and pour over vegetables. Refrigerate.
