Cinnamon Buns

challah dough, enough for approx. 2 medium-sized challahs

 1 cup light brown sugar

 1/3 cup flour

 1 tablespoon sugar

 1 tablespoon cinnamon

 1 stick margarine

Glaze

 1 cup confectioner's sugar

 1/2 – 1 tablespoon water

Make the Cinnamon Buns

Mix all ingredients besides dough together to form a paste.

Roll out dough into a large rectangle, smear with filling and roll up jelly roll style. Cut into thin slices.

Bake sliced side up on a rimmed cookie sheet, leaving room for cinnamon buns to grow.  Bake at 350 about 20 minutes until lightly browned, don’t over bake!

Mix glaze and pour over buns.
