Arab gunmen fired this morning at an IDF vehicle near the Bir Zeit bridge, north of Ramallah and Beit El. No one was hurt, and no damage was caused, but the attackers fled. Two weeks ago, a N'vei Tzuf resident was shot and wounded at the same place; the same victim was also shot and hurt 200 meters away 14 months ago.
