
The perfect Shabbat lunch - or for whenever!

Serves 5-6 people
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp barbeque sauce
- 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1-2 cups breadcrumbs
- Non-stick cooking spray
- 12 small chicken drumsticks
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Method:
- Combine BBQ sauce, teriyaki, ketchup, mayonnaise and garlic powder
- Pour breadcrumbs into shallow bowl
- Coat chicken with sauce and then coat with breadcrumbs
- Coat bottom of baking dish with spray oil, place chicken, spray with more cooking spray
- Bake uncovered for 1 hr 15 mins
