
Ingredients:
- 100g cooking chocolate
- 50g margarine
- 3 tbsp golden syrup (or date honey if you prefer)
- 100g rice crispies
Method:
- Melt chocolate, margarine and golden syrup in microwave or over double boiler
- Allow to cool for a few minutes
- Place rice crispies in a big bowl and pour chocolate mixture over them
- Mix well
- Place in cupcake holders
- Refrigerate for 2 hours
