Ingredients:

  • 100g cooking chocolate
  • 50g margarine
  • 3 tbsp golden syrup (or date honey if you prefer)
  • 100g rice crispies

Method:

  • Melt chocolate, margarine and golden syrup in microwave or over double boiler
  • Allow to cool for a few minutes
  • Place rice crispies in a big bowl and pour chocolate mixture over them
  • Mix well
  • Place in cupcake holders
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours
