Chicken pie

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • Pie pastry
  • 2 onions
  • 1 box of mushrooms
  • Sunflower oil
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp chicken consume
  • Salt
  • Pepper 
  • Paprika

Method:

  • Cube two chicken breasts
  • Boil in water 
  • Chop two onions and box of mushrooms and sauté in oil
  • Add boiled chicken 
  • Add cup frozen peas
  • Add 2 tbsp flour
  • Add one tbsp chicken consume dissolved in cup water 
  • Season with salt pepper and plenty paprika 
  • Simmer for 10 min 
  • Place in oven-proof dish 
  • Roll out pastry and place on top 
  • Egg wash 
  • Cook at 150 for approx 45 min
