Ingredients:

  • 1 kilo of flour
  • 2 tspoons dry yeast
  • 5 tspoons of sugar
  • 2 1/2 cup of warm water
  • 1 tspoon of salt
  • 1/3 cup of oil

Preparation Time & Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl
  • Work the dough and let it rest for about 2 hours
  • Shape your challah
  • Let it rest for another 30 mins
  • Brush the top with egg yoke
  • Bake it at 180  for 45 m/m,
