
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 large tomato
- 1/2 red onion
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Pinch black pepper
Method:
Remove skin from avocados and cut into large squares
Dice tomatoes and red onion, add to avocados
Gently mix
Serve with crackers or bread
