
Ingredients:
- 1 lb / 0.5 kg ground meat
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 onion (chopped small)
- 1/2 tbsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp cumin
- oil for browning meat
Method:
- Brown meat in oil until all changed colour
- Add spices, mix
- Add flour, mix then add water and mix again
- Make sure to break up big pieces
- Let it simmer for 10 mins on medium/low flame
Serve with fresh guacamole, shredded lettuce and taco shells or tortilla wraps
