
Ingredients:
- 1 kg steak (rib eye or beef sirloin)
- 1 cup and 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 1 red pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 red onion
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tsp salt
Method:
Lightly oil grate with 1 tbsp olive oil. Place steak on grill and cook for 3 to 5 minutes per side or until desired doneness is reached. Remove from heat and let sit until cool enough to handle. Slice steak.
Cut up lettuce, peppers, onions into strips
Mix remaining ingredients together and refridgerate
Pour over salad and serve
