This simple recipe can grace your weekday or Shabbat table and is always a crowd pleaser. 

Ingredients:

  • 2 butternut squash
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dried basil 

Method:

Heat oven to 180 degress

Cut open the butternut squash, remove seeds and place on roasting tray

Drizzle olive oil, salt and basil over squash

Roast for approximately 45 minutes

Can serve with roasted red onion and tehina if you fancy!
