Meatball ingredients:
1 kg mincemeat
2 eggs
2 heaped teaspoons breadcrumbs
1 onion grated
salt, pepper
Sauce ingredients:
2 cups cold water
1 cup ketchup
6 tbsp sugar
2 slices lemon
1 cup raisins
Method:
Mix all the meatballs ingredients together
Form balls
Place all sauce ingredients in a pot and bring to boil
Add meatballs, turn down to simmer for half an hour
Serve with white rice
