
Ingredients:
2 large chicken breasts
2 red peppers
1 yellow pepper
2 large onions
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons mustard
3 tablespoons soy sauce
oil for frying
Method:
Slice onions and fry until golden brown
Add chicken and cook until white (approx 5 minutes)
Add vegetables and cook until slightly soft (approx 5 minutes)
Add honey, mustard and soy sauce and simmer for 10 - 15 minutes
Serve on top of hot white rice
