
Ingredients:
2 large sweet potatoes
4 carrots
2 chunks pumpkin
1 onion
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Salt / pepper/ garlic powder (to taste)
1 cup milk (optional) - can replace with soya milk
Water to cover
Method:
Chop the onion and let it sweat in the saucepan together with the crushed garlic
Peel and chop potatoes, carrot and pumpkin
Add seasoning
Cover with water
Cook on medium flame for 2 hours
Once blended add milk for creaminess
