
Ingredients:
• 250g orzo (serves 3)
• Oil for frying
• Seasoning (salt, pepper)
• Boiling water (approx. 400ml)
• 1 box Mushrooms (or 1 tin)
• 1 Onion
Method:
Chop up onions and mushrooms
Fry in oil until golden brown
Add orzo and fry until light brown
Add seasoning according to taste
Pour in boiling water
Leave to simmer for 7 minutes
Turn off flame, leave covered for 7 minutes.
