Bush is expected to make his case for action against Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein. Yesterday, Bush addressed the world from Ground Zero, where the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center once stood. The president said, “We [The US] will not let any terrorist or tyrant to threaten civilization with weapons of mass murder… We have made a sacred promise to ourselves and to the world. We will not relent until justice is done… What our enemies have begun, we will finish.
