
The Central Election Commission completed its oversight operation of the 2021 Knesset election a week after the final vote was counted.
The commission stated that since the elections are a parameter of the public's trust in the democratic process, it works tirelessly to ensure that election results reflect the will of the People.
The operation was run by employees of the Central Election Commission and about 200 public service attorneys.
2,696 polling stations were selected for inspections in accordance to a number of parameters including: public inquiries, inquiries on behalf of party lists, election day complaints, statistical and anomalous testing results, as well as additional criteria.
According to the commission's report, approximately 375 polling stations were required to verify their results.
The commission concluded that, "no significant anomalies or findings indicating election fraud were discovered following out investigation."
