A second New York Congressmen who was given access to the secret files on the Jonathan Pollard case has concluded that Pollard\'s life sentence is not justified. Rep. Anthony Weiner (D/Ind.) viewed the files four weeks ago and was given a briefing by a representative of the Central Intelligence Agency. He said afterwards that the information he was privy to was \"not supportive of the life sentence\" Pollard received. He called on President George W. Bush to commute the sentence of Pollard, who was convicted of spying for Israel 16 years ago. U.S. Senator Charles Schumer, Weiner\'s predecessor in the House, was given a similar CIA briefing some months ago, and came to a similar conclusion.
