Dani Dayan, a member of the New Hope party and former chairman of the Yesha Council, clarified that his party does not rule out a coalition partnership with the Likud if party leader Gideon Sa'ar forms the next government.

In an interview with Reshet Bet this morning, Dayan referred to his party's ads in which Sa'ar was seen leading a coalition which includes Yamina chairman Naftali Bennett and Yesh Atid Chairman Yair Lapid, and clarified that this was not a disqualification of the Likud.

"We intend to establish a national healing government and we will invite all the Zionist parties that want a Jewish and democratic Israel, and that includes the Likud," Dayan noted.

Later in the interview, Dayan refuted the attacks by Naftali Bennett, who said this morning about Sa'ar and Lapid that they "do not bring any experience from the private sector, did not run a business and did not command soldiers."

"I was Naftali Bennett's boss when I was chairman of the Yesha Council and he was the CEO," Danny Dayan teased Bennett.

"When Gideon Sa'ar, Zvika Hauser, I and others fought for the State of Israel and the Land of Israel - Naftali Bennett was playing with marbles. So he should not preach morality to us," Dayan added.
