A second New York Congressmen has been given access to the secret files on the Jonathan Pollard case - and now says that Pollard\'s life sentence is not justified. Rep. Anthony Weiner (D/Ind.) viewed the files four weeks ago and was given a briefing by a representative of the Central Intelligence Agency, and said afterwards that the information he was privy to was \"not supportive of the life sentence\" given Pollard. He and the NY City Comptroller called on President George W. Bush to commute the sentence of Pollard, convicted of spying for Israel. U.S. Senator Charles Schumer, Weiner\'s predecessor in the House, was given a similar CIA briefing some months ago, and came to a similar conclusion.
