Anne Zivi, the owner of Fantasy Jewelry starred on Amazing Race in season 6 in 2018, and last year for the All Star season 8. The reality show is based on the original American version, where there are eleven teams of two who are already acquainted with each other and have to race around the world for the ultimate cash prize.
Season 6 for Amazing Race Israel was hosted by actor Ron Shahar, who has been the self host for the show up until 2019. In season 6, Anne travelled to many countries and cities, including New York, Hawaii, Mexico, Colombia, Kyrgyzstan and Thailand. After enjoying her thrilling experience of trotting across the globe, she has decided to launch her own travel show with her Amazing Race partner Yarden.
The Israeli star tells us her experience on the show and her upcoming projects.
What was your favorite part about the TV series?
“In the Amazing Race we traveled all over the world and we saw many beautiful places; the experience was very empowering. I loved the fact that I travelled with Yarden and I cannot wait to do it again.”
Did you get along with the other contestants on the show?
“We had the chance to meet new people who were lovely and that I am still friends with. Even though it was a competition, we still shared fun memories with each other and we all got along greatly.”
Was there a favorite episode of yours during your time on both seasons?
“I cannot narrow down to one favorite episode, because each country and city that I travelled to gave me the best experiences that I could ask for.”
What did The Amazing Race teach you?
“I was able to experience how the television industry works and see what ‘behind the scenes’ is like. It was absolutely fascinating.”
How did you feel when you reached the semi final of the show?
“It was surreal because Yarden and I came so far in the competition and we were so close to the finals. But it was a good experience that we both learned from.”
If you had the opportunity, would you like to be on the show again?
“Most definitely. I loved working on both seasons and the television industry is something that I love being a part of.”
What will your travel show with Yarden be like?
“The travel show will be about experiences and recommendations that Yarden and I will share when we visit many places around the world. We will show where to go for a lively nightlife, good restaurants and the ultimate cultural experiences. The show will start once the current pandemic is over.”
What would you advise someone to do in Israel if they’re travelling for the first time?
“First of all, you need to go to Jerusalem and see the many historical places that it has to offer, and all the three religions that it represents. Then you must go to Tel Aviv and experience the nightlife, beaches and the food, which I find very tasty.”
What has been your favorite travel destination so far?
“I have traveled all over the world, including ski and summer resorts, but my favorite place so far is Costa Rica. There it feels like a true vacation and the beaches are amazing.”

After starring on the show, Anne continued her career as a fashion model and has recently been part of an advertising campaign for the chocolate yoghurt YOLO. She has still made recurring appearances on television, including being a host for Channel 13, as well as participating on TV shows Yes kids and The Box.
She is currently running her online store Fantasy Jewelry, and many celebrities as well as influencers have been seen to fashion some of her high quality silver jewelries. The 26-year-old star is also spreading body positivity awareness on Instagram and is the face of many brands such as 69Slam, Sloggi, and twenty six.
When she is not making appearances on television and is not attending photoshoots, she is focusing on her career in online marketing and has graduated from IDC where she received her masters in Communication.
Her travel TV show with Yarden will go into production once limited travel and closed borders have been lifted. Although there is uncertainty, mainly airlines and experts in the travel industry are feeling hopeful that travel will likely commence this summer. Even though travelling is still available across some borders, it comes with tight restrictions such as a 14 day quarantine.
Currently residing in Israel, the fashion spokesmodel is making the most out of the current situation with the pandemic and is only looking forward to the upcoming projects ahead.
