According to a report in Gothamist, Aaron, the son of an orthodox judge on the Brooklyn Supreme Court, was among the protesters who entered the Capitol Building on Wednesday.
The man was filmed wearing animal pelts and carrying a Confederate flag. He held a wooden stick and a riot shield.
Aaron's antics were part of a pro-Trump protest against certification of Joe Biden's presidential election victory.
