The husband and wife who were wounded in the Saturday night attack in Har Brachah are no longer in life-threatening condition. Yaakov Tzvi (ben Rivka Ruth) and Dalit (bat Aviva) Rand are now both in Beilinson Hospital in Petach Tikvah, and their condition is said to have improved considerably.
