Transportation Minister Ephraim Sneh presented his plan for fighting the scourge of traffic accidents at the Cabinet meeting today. His plan is based chiefly on more severe punitive measures against drivers who violate traffic laws, and also includes a proposal to forbid young drivers from driving between midnight and 5AM.
