Two Israelis were injured in the greenhouses of Netzer Hazani, in Gush Katif (Gaza Strip), in a bomb explosion this morning. The explosion occurred shortly before noon as the security coordinator of the town and a soldier were supervising the entry of Arab workers to the greenhouses. The security coordinator is being treated at Soroka Hospital in Be\'er Sheva.

Gaza Coast Regional Council head Aharon Tzur protests that the army has once again begun allowing Palestinian VIPs to travel freely on the Rafiach-Gaza road. Similarly, Palestinian policemen are now allowed freer travel in some Gaza areas. Tzur said that today\'s bomb in Netzer Hazani is their way of saying thanks for the Israeli gestures.

A short time after the bombing, an IDF unit patrolling the border between Israel and Egypt spotted another explosive device. The soldiers fired at it, safely detonating the device. IDF commanders praised the actions of the patrol unit members.
