(Updated Monday 10 AM) While the IDF’s military prosecutor decided not to allow the demolition of the homes of two suicide bombers’ families in eastern Jerusalem yesterday, another terrorist’s home in Tul Karem was in fact leveled. Demolition crews razed the home of an Arab involved in several attacks, including the shooting spree in a Hadera wedding Hall this past January that claimed six lives and left over thirty wounded.

The Supreme Court will rule today whether or not the army can carry out a different kind of terror-deterring measure – deporting the three siblings of terrorists who assisted in two deadly attacks from Judea/Samaria to Gaza.
