A new USA TODAY/Suffolk Poll published during the weekend finds that 3 of every 4 voters are concerned about the possibility of violence on Election Day.

According to the poll, only 1 in 4 are "very confident" that the nation will have a peaceful transfer of power if Former VP Joe Biden wins the elections.

The poll related to the coronavirus as well and found that 53% of those surveyed, say that the pandemic has had a "major impact" on their lives. 30% say it has had a "minor impact".

Regarding a question in the USA TODAY/Suffolk Poll about what was the most important issue for the voters when deciding their vote, 19% said economy and jobs. 10% said the pandemic, and 9% said health care.

According to the poll, 32% of Republicans mentioned the economny and only 4% Covid-19, while 15% of Democrats selected the coronavirus and 5% the economy.

In the ABC News report on the poll it was emphasized that there is bipartisan agreement, on whether the country's divisions are deeper than they have been in the past: 69% say they are, and only 3%, say the divisions are less deep than in the past.
