IDF Commanders of the Central and Southern Regions will meet with PA military leaders today to discuss the continued implementation of the "Gaza and Bethlehem First" plan. The Israelis plan to present detailed demands for the war against terrorism, while the Arabs insist that Israel ease more restrictions on the PA population in Yesha. The army is now also considering a withdrawal from Hevron, despite the lack of evidence that the PA is taking steps to fight the terrorist organizations there.



The army ended its offensive in Tul Karem last night less than 24 hours after it started. The curfew in the city has been removed, and will be re-instated this evening.
