Twenty-two former Knesset Members who served less than a single term will no longer receive State pensions, according to a Supreme Court decision today. The ruling was handed down in response to a petition filed by the Movement for Responsible Government. The High Court decision does not require the former MKs to return the monies they have already received, but it saves the State some ten million shekels.
