Raanan Cohen became the eighth MK of the original One Israel (Labor-Gesher-Meimad) party to resign from the Knesset today, and former Peace Now head Tzali Reshef was sworn in in his place. The other One Israel MKs who resigned from the Knesset are Ehud Barak, Shlomo Ben-Ami, Yossi Beilin, Matan Vilnai, Uzi Bar'am, Eli Goldschmidt and Maxime Levy; they were replaced by Eli Ben-Menachem, Collette Avital, Moti Mishani, Effie Oshaya, Eitan Cabel, Rabbi Yehuda Gil'ad and Orit Noked. In the Likud, only one MK has resigned: Binyamin Netanyahu.
