The Supreme Court is once again dealing with the question of deporting terrorist family members from Judea and Samaria to Gaza. The case was supposed to be heard next week, but the State asked to move it up in light of army claims that the restraining order against the deportation is a great blow to the effectiveness of this anti-terrorism measure. The Supreme Court dealt another blow to Israel's war effort yesterday when it issued a 7-day injunction against the use of the "neighbor procedure," in which an Arab neighbor of a suspect is used to negotiate the latter's surrender.
