The Supreme Court rejected the petitions of nine Arab residents of Gaza today, who had objected to the expropriation of an Arab house and its land. The land will be used for a new road to Netzarim, to which the current approach is fraught with danger from the land-owners' terrorist neighbors. The judges said that considerations of security and human lives come before others, and that the petitions were of a political nature.

Continuing its anti-terrorist deterrent operations, the IDF destroyed this past night two homes of terrorists in the Shomron who killed or wounded Israelis. One of them belonged to a murderer directly involved in the suicide attack alongside a bus at the Megiddo Junction west of Afula this past June; 17 were murdered in that explosion. The second home belonged to a terrorist who perpetrated an attack in the Taibeh area last October, wounding two persons.
